Quality Inspection STAGE-1

• Physical testing of wire: Wire should be free from dust roughness, patches & should be of brighter shining.
• Conductivity Resistance Measurement

Quality Inspection STAGE-2

• Measurement of dimension
• Conductor Diameter test (B.D.)
• Elongation test

Quality Inspection STAGE-3

• Measurement of dimension
• Conductor Diameter test (B.D.)
• Conductor Diameter test (O.D.)
• Elongation test
• Continuity of Covering (Pin- Holes)
• High - Voltage (B.D.V.) test
• Heat shock test
• Cut through test

• After the following the above testing procedures material is ready for dispatch.
